For more than 30 years, I have been at the heart of the Montreal real estate market and have had the privilege of contributing to the development and positioning of several landmark residential projects that have helped shape the city’s evolution.
In the early 1990s, I was directly involved in the marketing and sales of major developments, including 1 McGill—an ambitious project that helped define Montreal’s condominium market—as well as Royer Saint-Claude. Prior to that, I contributed to the sales marketing of Clos Saint-André and Chaussegros-de-Léry, among the first residential redevelopment initiatives in this historic sector of the city.
An entrepreneur at heart, I also owned my own real estate agency for 19 years. This experience allowed me to develop a strategic vision of the market, real estate development, and property positioning, while strengthening a professional approach grounded in rigor, attentiveness, and trust.
My commitment to Montreal has also extended beyond real estate practice. I served on the board of directors of the Old Montreal Residents Association and collaborated with the City of Montreal on various urban planning projects, including the redevelopment of McGill Street in partnership with the International District.
After more than three decades of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the Montreal real estate market, its cycles, and the unique characteristics that define each of its neighborhoods.
In a market as distinctive as Montreal’s, expertise is not claimed—it is demonstrated.
